Our certified OutComm ® Facilitators use this visual mapping process to facilitate various types of workshops including strategic planning, role clarification, and problem solving workshops. The advantage of the visual mapping process is that it ensures all participants contribute in idea generation, analysis, and the prioritizing of the ideas. The process enables participants to test the viability of different solutions (that can be made anonymous if desired), highlighting pitfalls or obstacles that may be encountered. The participative nature of the process contributes to greater investment and commitment to the workshop outcomes, ensuring full support to the action plans that are developed. The length of the workshop depends on the outcomes or deliverables required by the workshop guide- typically a workshop ranges from one day to three days.

All the participants are actively involved and contribute to the end results. The OutComm® process allows all participants to work on their contributions simultaneously.
