Outcomm Visual Mapping

OutComm ® Visual Mapping Techniques offer a participatory and interactive visual mapping process leading to powerful results. Sessions are led by one of our neutral, professionally trained facilitators. The process limits unnecessary discussion and group “think”; thereby speeding up the meeting with a maximum of original thought and input. All the participants are actively involved and contributing to the end results. . Workshops introduce TEAM members to a hands-on approach where they write ideas on “oval-sheets” and the facilitator, places these sheets on “sticky-paper” charts. Consensus decision making has the group “clustering” ideas. Due to the democratic process and total participation in decision making….there is a “buy-in” to the outcome and therefore commitment to the implementation of the Action Plan. The process makes it difficult for a participant to dominate or “bail-out”; ensuring everyone remains focused on achieving the agreed objectives without unnecessary emotion getting in the way. Charted Decision-making RESULTS are photographed and included in a report given to the customer (hard copy and electronic versions).
