Recreational Training and Team building occurs at Your Place or Ours or Anywhere! Seminars have occurred at our RockVentures Indoor Climbing and Ropes Course facility, in Rochester, NY, Adirondack Mountains, Finger Lakes, Shenandoah Mountains, Colorado, Canada, Mexico, and Sweden. We also can come to your site. Regional training seminars may be considered; not limited to, these unique locations:

For added value we can offer OutComm ® Visual Mapping seminars for your group to identify TEAM GOALS AND be PERSONALLY ACCOUNTABLE for achieving them. Our certified and highly skilled facilitators can lead fun and valuable “puzzles” for problem solving and relate interactions back to previously identified Team Goals. Transfer of learning can occur from an adventure or non-traditional training environment and will be connected back to your Team Work Site. DiSC Personal Profiles can be selected to increase team member understanding and appreciation of individual “styles” and strengths.

A Seminar Report is prepared and given back to each participant. The Report can include group and individual photographs, Team Member responses using the OutComm ® Visual Mapping technologies and DiSC Personal Profile information along with recommended follow-up. Half-Day, Day and Multi-Day Seminars can be designed.
